The Placement and Entrepreneurship Cell, coordinated by Dr. Ruchika Wadhwa, successfully conducted Day 4 of the ongoing workshop “Career Catalyst Week 2025.”
The session began with a warm welcome by Ms. Simranjeet Kaur (B.Com 2nd Year).
The Resource Persons for the day — Ms. Shrishti Agarwal, Assistant Professor, Department of Law, and Ms. Nishita, Assistant Professor, Department of Management, from the Himalayan Group of Institutions — delivered an engaging and insightful talk on “Group Discussion (GD) and Interview Skills.”
🎯 The speakers guided students on effective participation in GDs, expressing viewpoints confidently, and handling interviews with professionalism.
💼 Mock interviews were also conducted to provide students with hands-on experience, followed by personalized feedback and improvement suggestions.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Madam Seema, member of the Placement Cell, appreciating the speakers’ valuable guidance and students’ enthusiastic participation.
