National Service Scheme , Important Day Celebration Committee and Dept. of Political Science of Government College, Chhachhrauli (Yamuna Nagar) organised a Programme today i.e. 13/04/2023 to observe Jaliyanwala Bhag Hatyakand Barsi and Dr. Bheemrao Ramji Ambedkar Jayanti. The programme was inaugurated by the College Principal Dr. Sanjeev Kumar who paid tribute to the martyrs of Jaliyanwala massacre . In his speech he threw light on Jaliyanwala Bhag Hatyakand (Barsi) and the life journey of Dr. Bheemrao Ramji Ambedkar to make the volunteers understand the value of independence as well as journey of Ambedkar ji in achieving heights . Prof. Satbir Singh, cheif speaker of the day, Prof. Sandeepi, Convener of IDCC, Prof. Ashok Bansal and NSS P.O. Rajbir also delivered speeches on the occasion to let the volunteers know of hard earned independence of our country and struggle of Ambedkar ji in social upliftment of needy ones. A short video on the life struggle of Bheemrao Ramji Ambedkar was also shown alongwith organisation of Poster making, Slogan writing and Declamation competitions to spread more awareness.
