Road Safety Fest on 25-03-2023

Government College organised a road safety fest on 25th March 2023 under the aegis of Traffic Interpretation Centre and Road Safety Awareness Club . The theme of fest was "Sadak Suraksha Jeevan Raksha" ( Road Safety -A necessity to save life). The event was graced by the presence of SHO Bhupinder Singh from Chhachhrauli Police department as chief Guest. Principal Dr Sanjeev Kumar Sharma addressed students regarding the importance of road safety in their lives. Traffic interpretation centre convener Dr Indu Bala conducted a pledge ceremony on road safety. The stage was conducted by Road Safety Awareness Club convener lieutenant Sujata Rani. Caps bearing the message of road safety were distributed to the students ,NCC cadets and NSS volunteers. Students ,volunteers and staff members took part in rally with hoardings and aware local people about the importance of road safety. A selfie point on road safety was also set up to make the moment more cherishable along with the purpose of awareness. Later refreshments were distributed to all students and volunteers.
