Rastra Pratham: An Awareness Campaign in Support of Nation First

NSS and YRC units of the College jointly organized a programme entitled "Rastra Pratham: An Awareness Campaign in Support of Nation First" on 16/05/2025 under the guidance of college Principal Dr. Sanjeev Kumar. This programme was organized under the directions of Higher Education Department, Haryana. In the programme the Principal Dr Sanjeev Kumar praised the efforts of Indian Army and expressed his gratitude to Indian Soldiers for conducting ' Operation Sindoor' to protect the nation and its boarder. YRC Councellor Professor Satbir Singh also addressed the volunteers and made them aware of unofficial videos for spreading rumours which affect the harmony and integrity of the country. NSS programme officer Professor Rajbir also spread awareness regarding the emergency which has been created due to India-Pakistan tussle. He inspired the volunteers to remain united and support one another, the local community and administration in case of any emergency. On the occasion Professor Ashok Bansal, Prof. Rajni Goel and Dr. Vishal Verma were present. The volunteers were also encouraged to enroll themselves as Civil Defence volunteer so that they can give their services in time of need.
